Yep! Every single item is made by hand in small batches — from mixing and pouring to labeling and packing. You’re getting products made with real love and intention.

🌺 What’s in your glosses and oils?

We use high-quality ingredients like castor oil, sweet almond oil, coconut oil, and hydrogenated polyisobutene — plus skin-safe flavor oils and cosmetic pigments. No weird stuff. No stickiness. Just shine, moisture, and blessings. ✨

🌺 Are your products vegan and cruelty-free?

Yes, always. No animal testing or ingredients here.

🌺 How long does shipping take?

Orders usually take 2–4 business days to process, then 3–7 days to ship (U.S. only). You'll get tracking info emailed once your order is on the way!

🌺 Do you offer local pickup?

Right now we only offer shipping, but local options might be coming soon! Stay tuned on socials 💌

🌺 Can I return or exchange items?

Because our products are personal care items, all sales are final. But if something arrives damaged or you have an issue, please reach out within 3 days — we want to make it right 💕

🌺 I entered the wrong address, can I change it?
